Installation magazine recently held their 2016 InstallAwards, a black-tie event in the Grand Connaught Rooms, London, attended by over 200 integrators, distributors, manufacturers, end users and consultants. Competing against some of the industry’s heaviest hitters, NanoLumens came away with the coveted Entertainment Star Product Award for our Outdoor Gallery Series at American Airlines Arena’s Xfinity East Plaza, home of the NBA’s Miami Heat.

Redefining the performance standards for outdoor visualization solutions, the Outdoor Gallery Series is the world’s first true curved, outdoor LED solution that can be built in any size, shape or curvature with pixel pitches from 4mm to 9mm.

“We’re honored to receive the 2016 Install Awards Star Product Award for the new Outdoor Gallery Series,” a NanoLumens representative said today. “As a company, we strive to create the best products to exceed our customers’ unique goals and objectives for their large scale iconic projects. In the case of the AmericanAirlines Arena, where the Outdoor Gallery Series displays are installed, we were able to create hurricane-resistant solutions to combat South Florida’s harsh weather conditions. Receiving this award for the first curvable 4mm outdoor product is praise to our expert engineers and tireless sales team, generating new motivation to continue to create innovative LED solutions for the industry.”

Of course, patrons who’ve experienced the Gallery Series display in Miami aren’t concerned about the technical details. Eric Woolworth, President of The HEAT Group Business Operations, remarked, “The incredibly impressive NanoLumens digital displays are helping us deliver digital content to a previously underutilized outdoor space—a prospect we believe HEAT fans and Arena guests will enjoy as much as we do.”

Based on reactions so far, fans and guests are definitely enjoying it.
