November 11th is celebrated every year in the United States as Veterans Day, honoring all Americans who have served our country in the armed forces. The holiday, renamed from Armistice Day in 1954, has fallen on November 11th every year since 1918 in remembrance of the ending of the first World War, which formally culminated on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. Proudly founded and owned by veterans, NanoLumens would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Veterans Day.

Our founder and CEO, Rick Cope, himself a veteran of the Marine Corps, was recently named the Veteran Entrepreneur of the Year by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in partnership with the Atlanta Metro Chamber as part of the 31st annual Small Business Person of the Year Awards Program. Mr. Cope exemplifies the leadership one expects from a veteran of the armed services, and he continues to support his fellow Americans by designing and assembling every NanoLumens display solution here in the United States. Mr. Cope, along with the rest of us here at NanoLumens, believe strongly in supporting our veterans. Today we solemnly thank them and honor their service.
