jdcfLove affairs with sports usually begin during childhood and last a lifetime. For the passionate among us who aren’t lucky enough to play, just watching a game can bring immeasurable joy. But giving others the opportunity to watch a game just might be the most rewarding experience of all. On Sunday, April 2, NanoLumens invited four families with children at the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation to watch the Miami HEAT take on the Denver Nuggets during our suite night at AmericanAirline Arena, making a fun night of NBA basketball that much more fulfilling.

Established in 1994, the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation provides philanthropic support to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and ensures the ongoing availability of safe, quality, cost-effective, patient- and family-centered care, regardless of one’s ability to pay, with the goal of improving the health of the community it serves. At NanoLumens, we have a culture of “giving back,” allowing us to all come together and help those in need or who many not be as fortunate as we are. Watching kids from the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital have the time of their lives made the night truly special for us all.
