We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and help continue to build a world class organization. Turn qualified leads into opportunities
Promote the company’s products/services, addressing client objectives
Record all relevant information into company CRM
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Report regularly to internal leadership on current opportunity, results vs quota achievement, metrics review and state of business within territory
Work to achieve monthly and bi-annual targets
Continuously improve through feedback.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Proven work experience as business development specialist with proven sales track record, including quota and metric achievement
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), and Social Media sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Sales Navigator)
Ability to lead a conversation, build rapport with clients and deliver a strong presentation
Time management and organizational skills required
Ability to quickly assimilate the technical knowledge of digital displays from both classroom and on-the-job training
A true Hunter of new business opportunities. Not afraid to make phone calls.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business development specialist. Experience in A/V industry a plus.
BSc / BA in business administration, marketing or relevant field or experience.
