CASE STUDY DESCRIPTION
A thriving multicultural city-state rooted in the island archipelagos of Southeast Asia, Singapore is far more globally relevant than its size would foretell. With a burgeoning economy, a stable political environment, and highly attractive investment climate, Singapore is able to exert a degree of fiscal and social leadership over its region. Despite this international prominence, the richness of Singapore’s culture of innovation was not reflected in the city-state’s primary commercial airport. Changi International Airport is amongst the busiest air travel hubs in the world, but to fulfill its potential as the preeminent cultural gateway to Southeast Asia for international travelers, the look and feel of its brand new Terminal 4 needed a spark.
