Job Title: Repair Depot Coordinator

Location: On-site | Duluth, GA

Department: Field & Service Operations

Compensation: $18/hour | Full Time | Full benefits package

About the Role

The Repair Depot Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of our Service and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) operations. This position supports our mission to deliver a seamless, reliable, and client-focused repair experience. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end RMA workflow, ensuring accuracy in part tracking, and coordinating closely with our Service, Inventory, Shipping, and Repair teams. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full RMA repair workflow from intake through completion
• Scan inbound parts, assign disposition statuses, and accurately track all movements
• Update and maintain service logs and close RMA cases with detailed accuracy
• Complete Inventory Return Forms for spare parts returning to stock
• Organize and process customer returns daily
• Collaborate with Service, Inventory, Shipping, and Repair departments to ensure smooth operations
• Receive and track RMAs for key accounts and items routed to 3rd-party repair facilities
• Fulfill RMA orders by coordinating with Service Technicians to request and track required components
• Verify warranty status and communicate updates to customers
• Provide proactive repair status updates to clients
• Process completed repair and warranty returns and coordinate next steps with Shipping and Inventory

What You Bring

• Authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to pass a background/drug screening
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
• Strong comfort with Windows-based PCs, internet tools, and email communication
• Ability to lift and transport boxes up to 30 lbs as part of daily responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize shifting tasks
• Accuracy in data entry and documentation

Job Title: Field Technician – LED/AV/Electrical

Location: Based in: West Coast (TX, AZ, NM, CO, NV) OR Northern Midwest (MI, OH, IL, IN, WI)

Site Oversight & Installation

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Managers
• Evaluate site conditions and coordinate with General Contractors to resolve issues
• Lead on-site LED display installations, ensuring quality and safety
• Train subcontractors and installers on Nanolumens products and standards

Technical Execution

• Configure and test LED displays using Nanolumens software, NovaStar, or MegaPixel
• Calibrate and integrate with head-end systems and customer AV equipment working with client teams as needed
• Troubleshoot and problem solve installation challenges as they arise

Project Closeout

• Conduct final commissioning, testing, closeout reports, and sign-off
• Complete and submit project documentation (Daily reports, spare parts forms, inventory, etc.)
• Manage return of spare parts, and triage kits, and back to HQ

What You Bring

Experience

• Experience in LED, AV, electrical, or signage industries (preferred but not required) or Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience in customer-facing field service background
• Familiarity with construction job sites and GC coordination
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently under tight deadlines
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using Microsoft Office and industry-related tools

Skills

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude (low-voltage or AV wiring experience a plus)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; software/hardware troubleshooting comfort
• Excellent communication, time management, and site documentation skills

Education

• Technical degree or certification preferred (not required)

Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

Location: On-site | Duluth, GA

Compensation: Salary $65,000 – $68,000 | Full Time | Full benefits package

About the Role

The Inventory Control Supervisor is the hands-on owner of inventory accuracy and material control. This position combines day-to-day warehouse inventory execution with responsibility for maintaining accurate inventory within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, investigating discrepancies, performing cycle counts, and improving inventory processes.

This is a working supervisor role, not a desk-based inventory management position. The individual will personally receive, move, count, issue, organize, and reconcile inventory while also serving as the primary subject matter expert for inventory transactions and controls within the ERP.

The successful candidate understands both sides of inventory management: how material physically moves through a manufacturing operation and how those movements must be accurately reflected in the ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own physical and ERP inventory accuracy across all inventory locations.
• Perform hands-on inventory activities including receiving, put-away, picking, transfers, service parts, and material movement.
• Manage inventory transactions in the ERP, ensuring timely and accurate system records.
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory, investigate discrepancies, and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Support Production, Service, and Finance with accurate inventory availability and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels, shortages, transaction errors, and other inventory risks.
• Maintain organized, labeled, and controlled inventory areas and ensure proper material-handling practices.
• Improve inventory processes by leveraging ERP functionality, reporting, SOPs, and inventory controls; train and reinforce proper inventory practices across teams.

Skills and qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on inventory control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent accredited technical education focused on inventory and materials management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, cycle counting, reconciliation, and material flow.
• Experience with ERP inventory systems; Acumatica experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory data analysis.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and transaction accuracy.
• Effective communicator able to work across Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Service, and Finance.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on warehouse work with ERP/system responsibilities.
• Forklift/order-picker experience or ability to become certified.
• APICS/ASCM or related inventory/supply-chain certification preferred, but not required.
• High level of integrity, dependability, and ownership.

• Working Hours: 7:30AM-3:30PM.
