Mechanical Engineer I

The ideal candidate for this particular opening will have 0-4 years of experience in consumer or industrial product developments. Candidate should possess practical knowledge of the product development cycle from cradle-to-grave.

– Product Development to assure new products align to requirements of production

• Facilitate the writing, implementation and maintaining procedures for design, procurement, fabrication and inspection of products.

• Develop, implement and maintain Quality Plans for all suppliers (domestic and international).
•Maintain and oversee the RMA process and track warranty claims.

West Coast Regional Sales Manager

NanoLumens is looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. This RSM will be located in Las Vegas, NV working out of our NanoLumens West Coast office / showroom.  The territory covered will be mainly Nevada, Utah, and Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Call on AV Integrators, end users, AV Consultants as well as architects
• Work closely with NanoLumens Business Development team to ensure all prospects in the territory are being fully vetted and are converted
• RSM must take full responsibility for driving NanoLumens name brand recognition in the territory
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Senior Program Manager

NanoLumens is currently in need of a skilled Senior Program Manager who is goal-oriented and self-motivated. The Senior Program Manager will oversee a multi-location, multi-customer roll-out of large format LED displays. We are looking for someone who will autonomously manage both external and internal resources. Interacting with C-Suite to Installers, communication and presentation skills are key. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Operations and will present weekly updates of the roll-out to the Leadership Team. This job involves both short and long term planning that ensures multiple installations are conducted across the country without interruption to the local end-customer operation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Site Surveys – conducting or contracting expertise to include electrical, mechanical and permitting needs
• Prioritization – working through the customer to the end locations to determine timelines for each final location. Establishing a reoccurring project cadence to replicate success with minimal oversight
• Labor – contract labor at each site to complete installations with minimal disruption to end location
• Commissioning – conducting or contracting expertise to commission the final product (hardware and software verification)
• Reporting – establish KPIVs to be reported to customer and Leadership Team (milestones, budget, needs, etc.)
• Travel – ability to travel 50% of the time

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• 6+ years’ experience in program management
