Well, the 2019 edition of the InfoComm show and conference is in the books. According to AVIXA, the InfoComm show attracted over 44,000 registered attendees on-site to see some 950 exhibitors. One of the coolest figures from the show was that 40% of attendees were under the age of 40, an exciting indicator of the growing youth movement in the industry.
Over the course of the week-long AV mega-event in Orlando, Florida, the NanoLumens crew took in the countless sights to see and did some showing off of our own, too. Exhibited by our partners from Stampede Global at their booth, our immersive LED tunnel was one of the stars of the show as we showcased some of the unique direct-view LED capabilities that separate us from the variety of manufacturers trying to impress audiences with fledgling products. While on-site, we were flattered by the growing number of larger, more broadly focused companies making forays into the direct-view LED market, a field which we’ve long championed as our only home. Many of these companies debuting entries into the direct-view LED field will try to sell their success with other technologies as a reason to trust their newest display ventures, but in the AV industry, these jacks of all trades are often masters of none. NanoLumens has been solely focused on direct-view LED right from the start. Customers don’t have to place their trust in proof of concept exhibits from trade shows because our world-class displays have already excelled in the field for years. It was really cool to see others recognize the growing success in our niche in the AV industry in InfoComm. It’s even cooler that we’ve been here all along. To get a closer look at what separates NanoLumens direct-view LED expertise from that of newer, less experienced competitors.
